Vow to Wow with Slim-Fast and a $50 AMEX Giveaway

As you all know I am a Slim-Fast Woman of Wow Ambassador! I may have been quiet on my blog about what I’ve been up too but I did post a 1 week update on the Vow to Wow Tab, so check it out if you haven’t done so yet.

So before I get to the great giveaway I want to talk more about how I’m doing on the diet. I am certainly not perfect on what I’m doing. I was doing good to start with, but it’s just… I apparently have no will power. I think I need to get a timer and have something go off for when I should eat. So that I’m not hungry and then grab something badly. Also when it’s “that time of the month” right before it, I crave salty foods. So all the snacks aren’t really salty. And then I just binged on salty foods. It was healthier then what I usually would eat during that time but still it didn’t help.

This week I’m going to try to increase my water intake. I’ve been drinking like no water at all. Also I’m going to be trying to gain a will power! Wish me luck!

I have lost a total of 4 lbs now that I’ve started this diet. So I’m not messing up as much as I probably could! But I probably would see a bigger weight loss if I stuck to the 3-2-1 Slim-Fast diet more.
