See What I’m Creating With #KraftFreshTake

I am lucky to be apart of an amazing program for #KraftFreshTake. I get challenge cards to tell me what I have to do using the Kraft Fresh Take, and then share it with you guys! Oh but there is more, be on the lookout for a great giveaway that I’ll be hosting as well!

Fresh Take Southwest Three Cheese

For my challenges I got the Fresh Take Smokey Mesquite BBQ. The only problem though is I could not find this flavor anywhere! Which I was bummed about because I really wanted to try it. I’ll keep my eye out though and try it in the future. So then I was left to pick my own… and I picked the Southwest Three Cheese. Though it has a bit of a bite too it and Hunter didn’t enjoy it as much as Cory and I did. Landon pretty much likes anything and chowed down on what I made!

Also here is what I had to do for this challenge:

I admit I wasn’t really as creative as I should have been with my meal. I got thrown off with having to pick something else out… and I was creating amazing recipes in my head for what I wanted to do. But since it included having the family help out in the kitchen with me… I wanted to make something much simpler that they could help with… and that they would actually eat. They are sometimes very picky in foods they will eat and how they will eat it.

So I decided to use pork chops with Fresh Take… and just cook a simple pasta with some sauce that I bought. Simple. But I can cook all that in 30 minutes and my family can help. I can also spend more time with my family with this simple but delicious meal, which I think is the most important part.

Hunter didn’t want to help me cook. But Landon volunteered and was very excited. I had him help me mix the Fresh Take mixture up and then coat the pork chops inside the bag. I had trimmed the fat off the chops before I coated them so that we can just enjoy the food.

While the pork chops were in the oven I cooked the pasta. Landon helped me stir here and there. Being very careful to not burn himself!Pork Chops Kraft Fresh Take

Viola! Taking the pork chops out of the oven. The Fresh Take mix looks super delicious. (It was I was eating the leftover cheese and breadcrumbs from the foil after plating.) Then I just put everything together on a plate and served. We ate it all up. Cory can be very picky in what he eats, but he loved the Kraft Fresh meal I made.

Now I’m already planning on what I’m going to be doing for my next recipe. And the other great thing to look out for is that I will be hosting a giveaway  in the next month. So keep your eyes peeled!

Have you ever used Kraft Fresh Take? If so let me know how you liked it!

Note: Kraft has compensated me for this post. All opinions are my own.
