Rain Has It’s Benefits

3 Flares 3 Flares ×

Last week I went gungho with getting my outside area set up. Well at least went out bought some new pots and a ton of flowers. I still have more I need to plant but I’m excited with what I have so far. Landon is loving helping me water and I’m enjoying just seeing the color. I think last year I didn’t even really do any flowers, so it’s nice to get back into it!

Took some pictures so you can enjoy them too!

It’s been raining every day for like the last 4 days, and it looks like it’s going to continue until the weekend! Which I enjoy because I don’t have to worry about watering! Now when I go away on vacation I hope it rains a few times just so that I don’t come back to dead flowers!

  1. Pretty! I have the same white and pink ones. They look like Christmas Peppermints to me.

  2. Gorgeous flowers!!We’re just starting on our garden this summer. Hope it blooms quick!

  3. Looks great – I love the selection of plants/flowers you chose. After moving, we have a pretty boring patio area but I like the idea of sprucing it up with some potted plants. Thanks for the idea ;)

  4. I love those petunias. Ever since we moved into our Condo, I haven’t done much with flowers, I really should put some out on our balcony, but the evening sun hits it with no shade, so I’m afraid they’ll get burnt up!

  5. could you share some of that rain with me? My poor fuschias died because I’m terrible with remembering to water.

  6. Oh, those flowers are all so bright and beautiful! I’ll have to take some photos of mine to share too! Flowers just brighten my day :)

  7. They’re beautiful! Rain definitely does have some benefits.

  8. You have some really lovely flowers!

  9. So pretty! I’m kinda mad at myself for not planting anything this year!
