A long long time ago, well maybe just a year ago, I wrote a post saying I want a new grill. Well I finally bought one! Now I can turn it on all by myself! The ignition button wasn’t working on the old one, so Cory would light a chopstick and stick it down there to light it. I did it once, and never again. I feel like I’m going to go up on a puff of fire. Not my thing at all!
I’m in love with my new Kenmore Grill that I got at Sears! It’s so purty. Better yet, I can start it all on my own. Also I saved some money because I bought it during Memorial Day Weekend! Check out my awesome new grill.
The first meal being cooked on it is tonight, and it’s Porterhouse Steaks. I can’t wait!

Why are you scared of it? Do you have to light it in a weird way like I had to the old one?
Well like your old one…most of the time it will not light. So I always picture it blowing up in my face when I go to light it.

I don’t know what we would do without our grill! I don’t touch it – that’s hubby’s domain, and I’m plenty thrilled to let him go to it so I don’t have to cook those nights
Do you keep in on the porch (or whatever that enclosure is) all the time? I’m just curious, we’ve just always had ours outside.
I’m the main cooker in the house haha. Cory can’t seem to do side dishes and the grill at the same time so I rather just do it.
And yes it’s always on the screened in back porch! That’s where it has been since we moved here. (Took over the main living area from his mother who is now upstairs in the apartment).

I should really get a new grill too – I can only light half of it if I want enough heat. Somethings wrong with the regulator? But I found out that this brand of grill isn’t made any more & the regulators are at a premium price. But I’ll probably just deal with it until it either dies completely or I see a really good deal. I’ve always done well with Sears products – I’ll check them out.
