I’ve been meaning to write this post for about 2 months now. I decided to finish it up because it would be perfect for the new year, to help with new years resolutions and what not! That’s because the Lift app will help you make habits!
The Lift app allows you to:

Identify Good Habits
Browse the most popular habits or invent your own. Pick the ones you want to achieve.

Track Performance
Tap the checkbox for the habit to record that you did it.

Make Progress
Lift will compile a personal report that tells you how well you’re doing.
I admit I have gone out of habit with using Lift but I plan on making it a top priority now. That way my goals for this year are made into habits… and not just flights of fancy.
It’s rewarding though when you click on that check for the day, and then see the progress you have made over the weeks. And hopefully it’ll help you in your personal life as well! Want to make sure you drink more water, make it a habit? Maybe want to spend more time outside every day? Get it on the list. The possibilities are endless in what you may want to turn into a habit!
Well I hope that if you download this app it helps you as much as it has helped me! Enjoy it and have a great new year creating habits!

Wow! This IS a super cool app! I am going to have to check it out! Thanks for sharing!

Getting up earlier would be great! Maybe get things done before the kids woke up!
I would LOVE to use an app like this but I’m afraid I’d never actually use it. Could I put “use Lift on the list?”
I wish you could set it as your lock screen or something. That way it’s in your face!

Don’t worry my mom doesn’t either. I’m always amazed when she sends me a text haha.

I hope it helps you remember to take your meds! Haha.
It would be useful for that as well, or maybe setting an alarm on your cell to go off the same time every day to remind yourself as well?

This sounds like a great app. I could see putting it on my kids phones. I would list their chores, homework and other things I need them to do each day. Then they could check them off before TV or game time. super cool!
