I can’t believe it’s been 21 days since I have started the 21 Day Challenge from Listerine. It’s amazing how in just 21 days I have brought in better habits for myself and my family. My mouth is really thanking me!

Now I started getting Hunter’s lunch ready much earlier in the mornings. Instead of waiting for a certain time like before. So the mornings aren’t as rushed anymore and I have enough time to get everything done including brushing the boys teeth before school. I even have extra time and end up leaving the house too early some mornings. Which isn’t good since it’s so cold and it’s not fun waiting at the bus stop in those temperatures!
Hunter enjoys the mouth wash, which this is the first time he’s using it. I’m just so happy that it’s not minty because he hates minty things. Even though I think it tastes fab, he doesn’t. But he tolerates it and hey he’s using and not crying after so I’m okay with that.
I’ve always been using the Lift App. It allows you to check off that you did a goal. You set the goals. So I did one for morning brushing and night brushing. It’s been helping me to just remember to get it done.
Hunter goes to the dentist on Tuesday for a check-up. Hopefully we get a really good report back and no problems in the mouth!

Remember: That for every person who signs up for the challenge on Facebook, Listerine will make a contribution to help Oral Health America’s Smiles Across America program toward their goal of connection up to 210,000 children with needed oral health services in 2013. There is a coupon that you can print to help you out.
Note: I am being compensated for writing my posts about the Listerine 21 Day Challenge! All opinions are my own though.

good to know,,i havent got my grandsons to use the mouthwash yet,,they brush good but the yucky mouth wash wasnt a go for them,,if they can make toothpaste taste good why not mouthwash?
I think it’s great that you got them using mouthwash at such a young age. My daughter should have started sooner. It would have saved her a lot of pain and saved me money.
I’m glad Hunter is cooperating! I just finished my Listerine 21-Day Challenge too and it has made such a difference with my gums!

I’m glad that Listerine has come up with this challenge. So many people take oral health and hygiene for granted. This is a great way for kids to learn now how important it is.
Thanks for sharing!
I love Listerine I really need to use it everyday sometime I skip, I definitely need to get better about remembering to use it.

My daughter actually prefers mint and doesn’t like bubblegum but many kids are quite the opposite. I’m so glad they included enough for the whole family to participate – it was a great challenge! Congrats on making it through 21 days!
