I’ve been reading about Facebook’s IPO which is coming out this Friday. It’s all very interesting and well this is my first look at something like this which interests me. It’s awesome to see and how hard Mark has worked and now he’s going to be uber rich. It’s a good American Success story!

We are hopefully going to be having a little BBQ over the Memorial Day weekend because the boys (big and small) have a 6 day weekend since they tacked on unused snow days to that weekend! Which is awesome and the perfect weekend. I just hope it’s going to be nice!

In the mail yesterday I got 4 Frito-Lay Chips. The regular Ruffles, 2 Tostitos Bite Size and Sun Chips! Good thing we are going to be using it for a party because otherwise I would need some appetite control so I wouldn’t eat them all up myself. Whenever there is chips in the house I have a super hard time resisting the urge to have a bowl!

Really though Sun Chips aren’t too bad for you! I love all of the flavors and that extra bit of crunch! Now I need to get some mozzarella for my Tostitos because that is my favorite way to eat them. A very simple nacho. Plus that time of the month is coming soon and I crave salt, I just may be in heaven this month with all the goodies I have now.

What I want to know is what is your favorite Frito-Lay Chips! (Because honestly I didn’t know most of these were from the Frito-Lay company until I got it in the mail. )

Why is Orville Redenbacher’s SmartPop! my BFF? Well it’s a great snack for the whole family! Actually Landon asks for popcorn every single day and why not serve it up! It’s great and easy to make! He loves to push the button to start the microwave then I have to hold him so he can look inside and watch it pop! And when it pops I have to jump up and down with him in my arms and go “Pop pop pop” over and over again! He’s laughing hysterically while I do this!

I wrote this review while participating in a campaign by Mom Central Consulting on behalf of Orville and received product samples to facilitate my review and a promotional item to thank me for my participation.

I decided to come up with my own recipe using store bought items. Mainly because it’s so much easier, but it was actually super delicious. Which being a mom I want easy and delicious all rolled into one!

All the items are actually what I already have at home. Which was Eggo Cinnamon Toast Waffles, Strawberries and COOL WHIP whipped topping.

Just toast the waffles.

Add dollops of COOL WHIP.

Add on Chopped Strawberries.

Chow down!

We don’t eat dessert that often at my house. But I can see myself serving this at least once a week since! It’ll especially be nice for the summer months when it’s hot because this is a light dessert. I can even see it being served for breakfast or a snack too!

Also if you want to add another waffle on top you can make it into a sandwich too!
