BruiseMD Cooling Gel, 2 oz

Now as a mother of boys I know all about bruises. Hunter gets a ton, and Landon has had one that I’ve noticed so far. Hunter sometimes looks a mess sometimes with all of the bruises on his legs. I was looking for a product that would help speed up the healing time of the bruises, so he wouldn’t look like he got in a fight with rocks or something all of the time. I found it!

Bruise MD is homeopathic so I am not worried about applying it on my son. It comes in 4 forms, 1 is a tablet form and the other 3 are a topical cream. I used the Bruise MD gel on my son and it worked wonders. It can be a week or more before his bruises heal, but with using the gel it healed in just 3 days! Wonders of wonder. I am so glad I was able to get my hands on some Bruise MD so I can check it out on my own.

BruiseMD Soothing Cream, 2 oz

How does it work you may be wondering? Well here is how. BruiseMD Tablets contain Pineapple (Bromelain) and Papaya (Papain) extracts, these are proteolytic enzymes that are known to break down protein, and have been used for centuries. When these ingredients arrive at the site of a bruise, they support the body’s natural ability to break down protein, therefore accelerating the healing process.

BruiseMD’s topical formulations all contain arnica montana, which increases blood flow at the site of the bruise, causing a reduction in swelling and inflammation, thereby reducing pain at the site of the bruise. Topical pain relievers were added to BruiseMD Soothing Cream and BruiseMD Analgesic Balm to help alleviate more of the pain associated with bruises.

This product sounds interesting to me. I have heard Dr . Oz talk about this on his show. It increases blood flow to the area, where as is decreases pain /inflammation/swelling at the site This would be handy to have on me for baseball season.

  2. Jill H says:

    I learned:

Bruises go through a rainbow of color changes as the body begins to heal itself. The rainbow of color changes mean that your body is breaking down the red blood cells that collect under the skin. As the red blood cells break down, they eventually get flushed away by the body’s natural process.

  3. danielle says:

It should not be applied to areas with a cut or broken skin.

  4. rebecca says:

Bruise MD can be used indefinetly.

  5. Denise says:

I learned that they offer a BruiseMDâ„¢ Analgesic Balm that is a homeopathic remedy that “accelerates healing of bruises and facilitates therapeutic massage.”
