I was given the task to create a recipe using the delicious International Delight Iced Coffee. Oh man oh man. I am not creative when it comes to recipes or really anything in life. Crafts, so not my thing. But I put my brain to work, which isn’t working to well right now with being pregnant, and I think I came up with something great!
I call my creation the Almond Iced Coffee Float. The ingredients are super simple.
- International Delight Original Iced Coffee
- International Delight Almond Joy Creamer
- Vanilla Ice Cream
Usually with the Iced Coffee you will pour it over ice, but with the ice cream being added I didn’t do that. It was still nice and cool and refreshing that way! I loved this drink, and on the hot summer mornings I will be drinking this instead of my usual cup of hot coffee. Limiting my caffeine to just 1 coffee drink a day while pregnant.
My husband though really enjoyed using his International Delight Sweet Cream creamer with a chocolate ice cream for his own version of a float. There is so many different ways you can enjoy it. Just make it your own!
